Expense Assets

 Dear FA Gurus,

I have couple of questions related to Expense Assets:

1) In mass additions screen I can see only 3 values for ASSET TYPE = (CIP, CAPITALIZE, GROUP) , why i cant see the EXPENSE in the list.

I tried all the ways... but no use..

2) When i tried to upload asset data using Web ADI, the required conditions was Asset Clearing Account must be of Asset or Liability Nature, Later i changed the clearing account to Asset type account, records successfully uploaded, i could see the Asset Type assigned is Expense, and category assigned is Capitalzed check box deselected.

Still my Program is erroring out.
