looping Upload Tax Book Interface

 Hi All,

We have a looping Upload Tax Book Interface and we cannot terminate it. It's been runninfor well over an hour. This appears to be a known bug.

Does anyone have any advice on what we can do ?

Message as follows:

The following error messages appear in the logfile many times:
ORA-01086: savepoint 'TAXUP_SAVEPOINT' never established
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
