Tab Issue

We are on world vision (7.3 cum 12) v 4.1. and are expericing a unique problem on some pc's only, where the tab cursor, is not going to the next field, when user is keying data,the tab jumps to the 1st field, and user has to tab all the way to the next empty field. How do we resolve this issue?
