Installation in a small company

My company is very small - only 40 EBS end users.  We would like to implemnt MFS for our service department of about 20 off site personnel.  We only have 1 production server (Sun Sparc) that is running db tier, apps tier, etc.  It is a high end server and has plenty of CPU and memory available.

We also have a separate server for development/testing. I have multiple clones of EBS on this server

Can i install the olite software on my  1 server ? I would start with the development server and installing it for 1 instance for testing.  Then, go live with it on production. Is there any harm in doing this?
