Share Retained Earnings

We are on R12. Recently our company bought a new subsidiary in US and it’s a LLC. We do not fully own it. (like about 55% of it). We have set it up as a new Legal Entity. But we are wondering how do we distribute the profit and loss to other(their share) company? Is there any Oracle functionality to distribute the other 45% retained earnings to the other company?
