Anyone know how to embed an excel workbook (and/or segementation wizard) into a custom tab ?

 I'm wanting to do the following but am not really sure how:

Embed the Segmentation Wizard within the Campaign Page Layout, and

Embed an excel pricing workbook into a custom web tab.

Any hints would be appreciated!
