Need to get original quantity of the order line when split happens.

 Hi,

     I got a requirement in which we need to populate the original quantity in the report which is the actual quantity of the order lines before the split happens for a splitted line. Is there any way we can get this information? If there is multiple level splitting how we can handle that.
