Load balancing and clustering of OAS forms & reports server 10.1.2.2.0

Hi,

We have installed the OAS forms and reports 10.1.2.2.0 on the HP-UX. I have three servers where my application is installed and i want to cluster and load balance the servers. Please suggest me the load balancing and  clustering method to be followed ?
