Report Pdf output getting Junk characters for some boiler Plate fields for dunning letter

 Hi All

For Dunning Letter Report registered in Oracle Applications,made changes in Column headings like added customer number as Kunde for German Letter
but in pdf output it's appearing as junk characters even date field is happening like that. It's happening for
German, Spanish, Italy and French Letters. Working ok for Netherlands, English.

any input to fix this solution will be great
