Lot Unavailable when doing sales orde processing

 HI,

      When doing sale order for an item ,the item is not picking from the lot,but when i search that item in lot master (p4108) the item Quntity on hand /held is 1872 and quiantity availabe is zero in that lot.but physicaly the item is available in stock .How can i make it availabe the item in that particular  lot.
