change create document Settings in Web ADI

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me how to change the settings of create documents.

I want to change the following values

1) Ignore Consecutive Delimiters - This comes Checked as default. I want to make it unchecked

2) Start Importing at Line Number - The default value is 2. I want it as 1.

 

Can someone please tell which table these settings are stored. and is there a setup option to change this?
