Modifiers and Qualifiers - where is data stored?

 I'm trying to locate the data displayed on the Qualifier - Line Level Qualifiers screen, "Value From" and "Value From Meaning" columns.  This screen is accessed via the Advanced Pricing - Define Modifier form, Line Qualifiers button.

Can anyone shed any light on querying this data?  The users would like it displayed on a report, and I've looked everywhere I can think to try and find the data, to no avail.
