How to Modify/Add Columns to the Charges Report

Our users would like several columns added to the Charges report.  How I can add fields to this report?  I already have my Personalize OA framework profile option set but unfortunately, I'm not sure how to add the fields I would like to add.  Any help or ideas on where to go would be greatly appreciated.
