Consistent Get in TOAD Oracle

Hi
I used TOAD to monitoring all process in my server. Sometimes i get minus value in Consistent get from Menu : Session Browser -> RBS Usage.
Can anybody tell me why that can be happen????
What's wrong with a session if it's have minus value in it's consistent gets????
