Has anyone ever customized the OKSQUOTE Report/Program?

 Was wondering if anyone has ever customized the Service Contracts Quote Program and if so, how do you get it to appear in the LOV when you select Email Quote off of the contract?  The current standard Oracle one is not pulling any data for our contracts b/c of the way our contracts are defined.  We want to quote regular contracts not warranty contracts which it appears that the query in the canned version is selecting warranty items to quote.
