New lot rule assignment

Similarly to the Ship ascending lot rule, one of our customer require to receive a single lot by item by shipment. During the commitment or the shipment , I wish the systme to control that ordered/shipped quantity is available  in a single lot (the lot splitting is forbidden). I know this requirement is quite strange but is it possible to manage this request ? (E1 9.0)

Any help would be appreciated
