AP AR Netting - Voiding a Transaction

When I try to Void the posted AP/AR netting transactions, it does not. I go thru the void process in the Netting screen using the result document. On screen it goes thru the process normally but the batches do not get the voided transactions and also they get stuck in the 'In Use' status.

Anyone know why this would be and how to fix. Platform E1 - 8.11sp1
