Cash Application Rule file Receipt Mismatch LOV missing 'On Account'

Create new or Edit existing Cash Application Rule in OLFM and look at LOV for Receipt Missmatch. There are only two values 'Apply to Oldest' and 'Apply to Newest'. The Values most commonly used and that we need 'On Account' is now missing. 'On Account' was in R12.1.1 but not available in R12.1.2
