Track Demand and Supply

SAP had functionality of tracking the supply for demand. It is called Order BOM functionality.

Do Oracle have ability to track the supply for a specific demand like sales order? 

For example, Sales order for an item X quantity 100 for a date 15th Jan may be supplied by by 1 purchase order for 60 units and another WIP job for 40 units.

I want to have a view where I see this picture and also want to know how any changes in supply and demand are impacting the other side.

could be ambitious expectation but want some solutions from all of you.
