Change of Value for Attritbute Create Configured Item, BOM and Routing

I set the item attribute Create confirg item BOM and Routing as Based on Sourcing for an ATO Model. But after some transactions, I changed it to Based on Model.

What will be the impact on the configured items already created with the old setting?
