Enter Completed Sales orders in Oracle

In a customer site, there are some sales orders which are taken, fulfilled off-line in the field and they are entered in application by end of the day.

manually orders are entered and go through the work flow for completing the sales order fulfilment cycle to record these sales in the ERP.

This is cumbersome process. is there any simple way to get these orders in completed status in one or two steps?
