EAI Integration Object

Hello there,

I'm trying to develop an Integration Object that generates a XML file with some fields when a Service Request ticket is closed.

I was studying the BookShelf and this is what I understand:

1) Create the Integration Object

2) Generate a Integration Object Schema
This is correct?

Then, the thing I do not know how to do is to create some kind of rule or something that triggers the EAI components to generate that XML when a Service Request ticket is closed.
