PO Contracts Authoring
I have a group of buyers - they are in charge of creating the Purchase Order, vendor selection, etc.
I have a separate group of contract administrators with legal expertise - they create the contract templates. Out of these templates, they will select one for a particular expenditure the buyer is working on and then modify it accordingly to create a legally binding document that is then signed by respective parties. Buyers may have input but are not the owner here.
From a functional perspective, my buyers don't modify clauses, sections, etc. - that is handled by the Contracts group.
