P6 Web v7 - JBoss Excessive temp files causing performance problems
For anyone running P6 Web v7 with JBoss - we recently upgraded to version 7 and started having severe performance issues. Investigation found that JBoss creates .jar files in the temp directory when users log in. For a short time this is not a problem, but soon these files start multiplying at alarming rates and it becomes impossible for any users to even log into the system. We run a home-grown applicaiton that kills orphaned user IDs in Citrix for the client/server app and this is being taxed, as well. Don't know if the two are related, but they both started immediately after
