Standby database creation..please help its urgent

   Dear all,

Please guide me on following issues
1.Please tell me the steps, how to create standby database, if i use oracle 11g standard edition.
2.I have restored my production database on new host, can i apply archive logs of production database to my new host, if we can then please tell me the command.
3.Can i take RMAN backup on tape drive, without using any third party software, Which is use to load media management library? If we can tale backup on tape without using any other software, please suggest some documents or steps.

Please help me.
