Sourcing Buyer View Only Responsibility

I need to create a Sourcing Buyer View Only responsibility to allow our Inventory users to view negotiations, but not have any update/create privileges.  I don't want to go thru the entire menu and exclude a bunch of stuff.  Looking for a quick way to create a view only responsibility for Sourcing, like maybe a profile option or something along those lines.  Thanks!
