Counter reset functiuonality

  Hi,
We are facing a issue with Counter reset functionality. We are primarily onto Usage based Contracts in Release 12. The scenario is :

Existing meter reading : 1000

Reset meter reading:  100

New Meter reading   : 500

When we run main billing engine the bill is generated for negative value. That is (500-1000). In short its not considering the Reset reading. Net Read calculation is not considered for the reset value.

Can you please suggest us to troubleshoot/debug this issue.
