Discount for a specific logo on T Shirt

Seller wants give 20% discount when the T Shirts are purchased with Disney logo as the seller has partnership with Disney. For any other logo the discount is 10%.

Logos can be chosen by customers and it will be implanted in the T Shirt and delivered after payment.

How to do this setup in Oracle?
