Sub Inventory Transfer without changing the Owner of Installed Base Product

Create RMA with IB Transactio Types owner no change
Receive RMA in Sub Inventory. IB Owner remains same but current location change to Inventory and Sub Invtory value.
Perform Sub Inventory Transfer Owner Changes to Internal.
This is not required we want owner to remain same and subinvetory current location should change and also then subinventory count.
