Best Raid Oracle Configuration

 Hi Folks

I am reading some conflicting info regarding RAID Configurations for Oracle

I am uisng an HP SAN with

Windows 2003 R2 OS

Oracle 10.2.0.4.38 RDBMS

Most concensus is Raid 1 for everything except Database files (.dbf , I presume)

Some say RAID 1 and some say RAID 5 for Database Files (.dbf)

I only have Raid 0,1,3,5 and 6 options

Any thoughts/recommendations appreciated
