Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. i want to create new Primary ladger and New legal entity on fresh R12.1.2 OF instance,

and terrotery as Sri lanka.

could any one give me a clear step to do that
