Opening Macro Enabled Excel 2007 files attached to a Project

Good day,

We are having difficulty opening Microsoft Excel 2007 files which have been saved as macro enabled.  Is there a workaround for this or does this file type not open with Oracle Project costing?

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
