Applying Patch 10.2.03 Patch 31

Hello,
I've just gotten started in the DBA role and apologize if I get some terms, etc a little mixed up.

We are currently running 10g (10.2.0.3) that is on an old patch release and based on a submited SR
it was recommended that we apply patch level 31 to our DB.   We have a RAC environment runing on a Win32 OS (2 nodes)

I've downloaded and reviewed the readme from metalink 8288852 and have a few questions.
Section 3.3.4.2  
 Step 1 & 2 of that section has me stopping the database, asm, and nodeapps and then stopping various services.
 Step 5 is when we run the opatch apply.  As I have 2 cluster nodes, I'll have to run this on both nodes correct?
