How and where to run the catalog data extract programs ??

Hi,

I am using a vision instance ,iprocurement applications which is on 12.1.2.

I am of the understanding that if an item features in 

BPA(Blanket purchase agreement), 

ASL(advanced supplier list)

,quotation etc,

then when we search/shop that particular item in the iprocurement, then for that particular item there should be three entries in the search results and the shopper can choose any of the record.

However for this to happen, we need to run the catalog data extract programs which pull the records from purchasing to iprocurement. Please correct my understanding. Now I am not sure where to run this program(Catalog Data Extract - Classifications, Items)  as I dont find them in the iprocurement application or purchasing application.
