Data Guard Archiving Error

Dear All,
I get some error in my standby database this is the error:

Errors in file /data/admin/stbytest/bdump/stbytest_mrp0_11929.trc:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [3689], [21], [], [], [], [], [], []
Errors with log /oradata/stbytest/arch/1_60255_675516303.dbf
MRP0: Background Media Recovery terminated with error 600

Errors in file /data/admin/stbytest/bdump/stbytest_mrp0_11929.trc:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [3689], [21], [], [], [], [], [], []
Some recovered datafiles maybe left media fuzzy
Media recovery may continue but open resetlogs may fail
