We need to find a way to limit the resources (CPU mostly) the oracle.exe processes (different databases) use on our system
There are now three databases, three Oracle.exe processes, battling for performance. We need to limit two of these Oracle processes to save enough resources for the third (production) process.

Our DB is 10.1.0.5
OS Microsoft Windows Itanium (64-bit).
