Time Clock direct entry to JD Edwards Enterprise One - 8.12

 Is there a recommended vendor(s) for direct entry from time clock device to F06116Z1 table?  Does anyone have any particular experience with a vendor with Enterprise One (not World) that has worked well?

Additionally, is there a solution that does not require keeping a synchronized data base on a seperate sever with JDEdwards table data?
