Need to change budget account for Assets

 Hi,

I am uploading fixed asset asset against cost account. But on purchase order as a charge account we have to give clearing account and same account will come in budget account. Now in budget account field i want cost account. Can anybody suggest how which workflow process i have to customize and how.
