How can I clean up the database after the reorg operation?

Using OEM grid control Reorganize Objects tool, the job failed with unable to extent temp file.
I have added more temp space, now I need to clean up the database, how could I do so?

I still have the $reorg table and $indexes.I need a list of tasks to clean up the database before I can resubmit the reorg job.

Database 10.2.0.4
OEM 10.2.0.5
OS Linux x86

Now I have 3 new table with *$REORG in the name, 1 materialize view and 1 materialize view log
M_MSG$REORG (with data in it) with 3 indexes
MLOGS_M_MSG for example

If I try again running the job, I am getting this message:

Howdy, Stranger!
