Information on Minimum Baseline Patch Requirements

In summary, starting on December 1, 2010 EBS customers on 11.5.10 release versions will move into extended support. Customers on this release must uptake the indicated baseline patches (or above) by the end of November 2010, in order to receive any new bug fixes. Customers will, however, continue to receive technical support -- including access to online support tools, knowledge bases, pre-existing fixes, and service request resolution -- for as long as Customers operate their systems.
