Need to customize P03B102 to update F03B11 & having problems doing Table I/O Update

Problem Description: I need to update the F03B11 in the P03B102. I am updating the file in the OK "Post Button Pressed" button Pressed after the F03B11 has been updated in the table. The problem is that the Table I/O update is not being processed and is locked on the UPDATE statement. The Update is after the file has been updated and the Cache is destoryed.

In the debug log the program stops on the TABLE UPDATE that I put in and does not move to the next statement no matter how long I wait.
