Upgrade from 11i to R12 Trade Management

 I am looking for direction on where I can find documentation for an upgrade from 11i to R12 of Trade Management.  We will be starting plans for the upgrade, and I am looking for details are new functionality as well as changes in current functionality that may impact our business processes.  Where are some good places to look?
