Payable Open Interface import program not running

 Hi Everyone,

I have problem with Open Interface import program, I have populated both AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE and AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE and when I try to run the Open Interface import program it doesnt do anything at all, the interface tables remains as it is and there is no errors or anything that shows that the program has run. I have check the Open Interface import Concurrent program from System Administrator and it calls a report instead of PL/SQL Procedure, could that be the problem. I will appreciate any assistance.
