Sales Order Generated for the Excess Qty other than the Available Qty

 Hi

Is there any setup option or check where we can restrict the User not to generate the sales Order more than the Available Qty. As the end users are generating a lot of Sales orders for the Excess Qty and a lot of them are getting into the Backorder Qty.
