Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello

i have problem with patchset oracle database client 10.2.0.5 on windows 7. I have install client 10.2.0.1 on windows 7 .

After, i should install patchset 10.2.0.5 but i have error oui-10133.

Who have i idea ?
