Can any one explain the high redo wait times?

We have a database 11.2.0.1, and Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit).
Can any one explain the high redo wait times? 

We have a foglight snapshot, and it is showing 70% redo waits, is there any explanation for this?

On the other hand the log switch is happening normally every 20mins, and everything seems fine.
