Utlrp.sql generates too parallel processes
Hi,
We have a database Oracle RAC 11.1.0.7.3 with three nodes in Linux x86-64 (Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.4).
We have 24 CPUs in each node. And we have parallel_max_servers = 480.
The "utlrp.sql" script generates too parallel process, and then a lot of small packets (size 300 bytes for each one of them) try to pass by the interconnect. The network card engages and fall down.

We have seen different problems with UTLRP.SQL in Metalink, but none of them is our problem.
Can you help us?
