Adding an ASM Disk to an existing ASM Disk Group

HI,

We have a Production Oracle RAC 10g R2 on HP-UX v3 on IA 64.

We have Two Disk Groups one for Archive (ARC_DISK) of size 100 GB and one for Database(DATA_DISK) os size 1TB.

I want to add another disk of size 200GB to the DATA_DISK disk group? Or it should be of the same size of 1TB?

Should all disks within a same ASM Disk Group should be of the same size?
