Output file has PDF file extention when running EText - Output RTF in BI Publisher in EBS 11.5.10.2.

 Output file has PDF file extention when running EText - Output RTF in BI Publisher in EBS 11.5.10.2.  The file is the flat fixed position test file I need but the ".PDF" extensions causing problem when clicking on "View Output" in concurrent manager.  How can I generate my payables format file using e-Text rtf template and view correctly in Conc Mgr?

Also, any good tutorials on how getting such Etext outbound RTF created and also how to FTP or better yet SFTP from inside BI Publisher?
