Support before and after the new metalink site went live
IS it me or did the oracle support became significantly worse since the new metalink site went live? I don't have any hard stats, but I did notice that it takes much longer to get a response from an analyst. In the past if I could count on getting a response within a day, now it takes 2-3 days and possibly a phone call before I can something from an analyst. That 'something' is often time not much useful and seems to be just a mean of buying more time for an analyst. Did anyone notice that too or am I
